I don't know how many people look at this, but I hope if you read it, you give it some thought: Events leaders are hard to find.I want the community to stay strong, and events encourage new writers and artists and show this is a welcoming space. While there are many who want to participate, and fans who love them; it is HARD to find event mods because people can be insecure and wonder if they are "good enough" for the role.Especially in chilumi when there are so many people.So, if you want to lead an event, but think that no one cares because you aren't an artist or writer or whatever, this is me begging you not to think that way. You're literally the unicorns of fandom and energy chilumi needs for 2025.Feel free to reach out if you have an idea (so we don't have overlapping things) and I can get you added to the calendar. Or if you need help, I can see if there's someone who would like to join you.Thank you and happy chilumi -lulu

While some of these scheduled events are planned very early, it's necessary to allow writers and artists time to come up with ideas, decide what they can join in, and to plan around work and school schedules.In order to combat the algorithm that only shows half of the posts, things have to be planned ahead.
